David is a chartered professional engineer in the areas of Water and Wastewater engineering.  He has been with CGW Consulting Engineers since 2013.  David has 12 years of experience in the design and management of water and wastewater treatment and distribution infrastructure in both Australia and New Zealand.

David’s responsibilities at CGW include design, project management and construction supervision of projects for key clients including Nelson City Council and Tasman District Council. This work has included the design of 2km of 1m diameter water trunk main, construction supervision for an $8 Million dollar upgrade of the Motueka Wastewater Treatment Plant and site assessment and design work for a range of Nelson City Council stormwater upgrades

Prior to CGW, David worked for North East Region Water Corporation, a government owned company responsible for the delivery of water and wastewater services for 35 towns in north eastern Victoria. This work included implementing new water and wastewater supply infrastructure and treatment plants in regional towns.

When he is not at CGW, David can usually be found kayaking, mountain biking or running after sheep or children on his lifestyle block.
