Ryan joined the CGW team as a Graduate Civil Engineer in 2023, after finishing his study towards a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours at the University of Canterbury. Ryan has experience in construction, having been on carpentry teams building residential houses, and has some experience in project and site management.

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys socialising with friends, water and snow skiing, golf, camping and rugby.
