Rowan joined CGW in 1991 and has extensive knowledge and proven experience in infrastructure planning and design in both the public and private sectors and oversees the technical direction and delivery of company projects with a particular focus on Civil, Environmental and Geotechnical.

Rowans key experience includes Project & Design Management of a wide range of Geotechnical, Structural, Civil and Environmental engineering projects for commercial clients and client service management.
